Customer Service/ Sales Representative
- Niama International and its American company Bragi Group (www.bragigroup.com) is looking for a customer service/sales representative to reach out to new customers in the USA via emails/messages on social media to increase sales to its apparel division. English is a must-have (written and spoken), a good understanding of the fashion market in the USA is a plus.
- Job Responsibilities
- Reach out to new clients to introduce the apparel brand.
- Follow up with interested customers and lead them to the USA sales team.
- Identify new potential customer’s needs, clarify information and provide solutions.
- Reach out via Instagram DM, Facebook message and all wholesale platforms where we sell our products.
- Create and Manage a Customer Database and manage all leads via Hubspot CRM, inputting data daily.
- Must be knowledgeable on all Social media platforms, email & web chat
- Able to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Ability to refer unresolved customer issues to the designated person for further investigation.
- Track and document calls and sales.
- Learn details about our products and service offerings and offer solutions based on clients’ needs.
- Report weekly to the team leader for goal achievements.
- Any other task assigned by Management.
Bachelor degree in any discipline
- 2 to 5 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Call Center, CRM (Hubspot Preferably), Customer Care, Customer Service, Tele Marketing
- Age 20 to 35 years
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- Strong Competence in Microsoft Word and Excel.
