2. DMCA Counter-Notification: If you believe that material you posted on ekhaneishop.com was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our Copyright Agent. To be effective, the counter-notification must be a written communication that includes substantially the following:

5. Repeat Infringers: We may terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
