2. DMCA Counter-Notification: If you believe that material you posted on ekhaneishop.com was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our Copyright Agent. To be effective, the counter-notification must be a written communication that includes substantially the following:

4. Actions Taken: Upon receipt of a valid DMCA Notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. If we receive a valid DMCA Counter-Notification, we may reinstate the removed material after 10 business days following receipt of the counter-notification unless our designated Copyright Agent receives notice that a legal action has been filed seeking a court order to restrain the alleged infringer from engaging in infringing activity on our website.
5. Repeat Infringers: We may terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
